Ridgeline Bell Asphalt Paving provides asphalt paving, sealcoating, repair, striping, and related services to residential and commercial customers in Bell, CA and surrounding cities. Services are performed by licensed and insured personnel. The scope of any specific project is defined by a written estimate or agreement provided to the customer before work begins. Nothing on this website constitutes a binding offer to perform services at any specific price or timeline.
All estimates provided by Ridgeline Bell Asphalt Paving are based on information available at the time of the assessment. Final pricing may differ from an initial estimate if site conditions, scope of work, or material costs change between the time of estimate and the time of performance.
Estimates are not binding contracts. A separate written agreement or signed work authorization is required to confirm a project. Estimates are valid for 30 days from the date issued unless otherwise stated in writing. Asphalt material prices fluctuate with oil markets and are subject to change.
Scheduled jobs may be rescheduled or delayed due to weather, material availability, equipment issues, or other factors outside our control. We will notify you as promptly as possible if a scheduled date needs to change.
If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 48 hours notice. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours notice after materials have been ordered or equipment mobilized may be subject to a cancellation or restocking fee, as described in your project agreement. We reserve the right to cancel or decline any project at our discretion.
Payment terms for each project are outlined in the written agreement provided to the customer. Unless otherwise specified in writing, a deposit may be required before work begins, with the remaining balance due upon completion.
Accepted payment methods will be communicated at the time of booking. Invoices not paid within the time specified in the project agreement may be subject to late fees. We reserve the right to suspend or discontinue work if payment obligations are not met. Customers are responsible for any collection costs or legal fees incurred in recovering unpaid amounts.
We stand behind the quality of our work. Any warranty provided for a specific project will be stated in writing in the project agreement. Unless a written warranty is provided, our services are delivered on an as-is basis.
We make no warranty, express or implied, regarding the long-term performance of any paving work beyond what is explicitly stated in a project agreement. Factors outside our control - including soil movement, extreme weather, vehicle loads exceeding the design specification, or alterations made by others to completed work - may affect performance and are not covered by any warranty we provide.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Ridgeline Bell Asphalt Paving shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to the use of our website, our services, or any project we perform.
Our total liability to any customer for any claim related to a specific project shall not exceed the total amount paid by that customer for the project in question. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages, so this limitation may not apply to you.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that work areas are accessible on the scheduled date - including removing vehicles, equipment, and personal property before the crew arrives. Customers are also responsible for obtaining any permits or approvals required by local authorities for work on their property, unless the project agreement explicitly states that we will handle permitting. Failure to prepare the work area as requested may result in rescheduling or additional charges.
